Our bed bug problem started around 3 months ago. We tried to fix it ourselves with stuff we bought at Home Hardware - It didn't work!
By the time we finished our DIY stuff the bed bug problem had become quite bad. We searched around for some professional help and we chose to use Greentech bug heat and we are very glad we did.

DeleteI hired Green Tech to treat my Mom's house and they did the treatment yesterday. The guys they sent over were so nice to my mom and I wanted to write and say thank you to these guys. They calmed her down and took extra time to explain to her what they were doing (I also did that but she doesn't listen to me). Because they are 'workers' she listened to what they were saying and she eventually felt good about that it would be o.k. .
Thanks to the guys that did our job! I know you wouldn't take the tip I tried to give you (you should have, you earned it!!) but writing this is the least I could do. I've told your office to look this up so they will see it also. You guys were great!

GreenTech saved us from a bed bug problem that had grown without us knowing it.
ReplyDeleteMy elderly mother had obviously picked them up from somewhere (perhaps a hospital visit? Who knows) and she did not realize that she had them. One day while visiting her last week I saw a bug crawling on her and immediately shooed if off. When I leaned across her bed to do that I saw many more on the other side. Needless to say - I was horrified!
After finding GreenTech Bug Heat on this blog I called them and explained our situation. The woman on the phone (Jody) was really fantastic. She spent so much time talking with me (I needed some calming down) and she explained how they would fix the problem in detail. I did not want my mother exposed to pesticides so the heat option was the only option for us.
The process was relatively simple and the fellows they sent to do the job for us were very polite to both of us. They were there for over 10 hours making sure that they did a very good job for us.
